Legionella Risk Assessments
Landlords do not currently have a legal obligation to have a Legionella risk assessment on their properties, however it is a good way to ensure that the water supply is safe for their tenants. They are also strongly recommended in the governments How to Let guide. It is recommended that properties are re-assessed every two years.
